The Great Jewel Robbery: A Front Page Mystery Book 1 by Elizabeth McKenna was a well written mystery novel with female protagonists. When a priceless item goes missing Emma and Grace leap on the mystery determined to prove that they have what it takes to be investigative journalists. I love how the main characters were both capable women who made a great team. I also liked that this book was so much more enjoyably than the typical mystery book as it had twists, turns, and drama that kept me interested from the first page until the last.
